The Oetker Group combines centralized and decentralized management. The general strategy and direction of the Group are defined by a five-member Executive Board.
All members of the Executive Board are General Partners of the holding company,
Dr. August Oetker KG. Supported by a highly effective reporting system, the individual companies enjoy a high degree of independence in the marketplace. The Oetker Group's roughly 250 managers (four of whom are members of the Oetker family) have ample scope to demonstrate their skills and expertise.
